Judy Bohn
Business Manager

 

Judy A. Bohn was born in Norfolk to Marvin & Betty Sunderman.  She was raised in Norfolk and graduated from Norfolk Senior High. She attended Norfolk Junior College, but left college to start a family.  During this time she worked part-time and later, full-time at the Norfolk Daily News. 

In 1986 she returned to college part-time while continuing to work at the Norfolk Daily News.  She graduated from Wayne State College in December, 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting.

She continued to work at the Norfolk Daily News as Advertising Services Manager and worked part-time during tax seasons at various accounting firms.  During this time she passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) test.

In October of 1995 she left the Daily News and began working as a CPA at Gaines & Associates in Norfolk.  She continued her employment there until October 2006 when she began her employment as Business Manager at Christ Lutheran Church.

Her family consists of her husband Dean, who farms southeast of Norfolk where they reside. Her children are grown now and include Scott Bohn of Scottsdale AZ, Carmen Brewer and her husband Eric of Lincoln, and Jeremy Bohn of Norfolk.
